Do I Have To Pay A Buyer's Agent Commissions If I Find My Own Buyer?
No. No additional fees or commissions are paid if you find your own buyer.
Do I Have To Pay A Buyer's Agent Commissions?
Yes. If a Buyer's agent sees your listing on the MLS and brings a buyer you must pay the buyer's agent a commission if you accept the offer.
The commission you're willing to pay must be stated on your MLS listing details. We recommend that you offer a commission between 2% - 3% because your listing will be competing with other listings for agent's attention.
Do I Have To Pay A Seller's Agent Commissions?
No. You pay a one-time Flat Fee for your MLS Listing By Owner.
What Happens After Submitting Your Online Order.
The listing agreement forms and addendum will be emailed to you once we receive your order, through Docusign. Once your signed documents, your online form with your photographs, and payment are submitted to us, your property will be listed in the MLS with 3 business days. All other websites, including REALTOR.com® will post your listing within 4-5 business days. Changes to an MLS listing are handled in the same fashion. All changes to your listing must be done online to your account, we do not accept email or voicemail/phone changes.
What Telephone Number Will People Call for a Showing?
You will be contacted directly by all buyers and agents with buyers who would be interested in seeing your home. The MLS requires to show our office information, but agents will be instructed to call you before they show your property. If agents or buyers contact us, they will be referred to you. According to MLS public websites are not permitted to show the owner’s name or phone number. This MLS rule applies to all companies that are members of the MLS.
When you accept an offer on your property you must notify us within 48 hours by email.
The failure to do so will result in a fine by the MLS, which will be charged directly to you.
